Box Office Hours
The Englert box office, located at 221 East Washington Street in Iowa City, is open Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 6 PM. We are also open one hour prior to showtime on nights and weekends when there is an event. Call us at (319) 688-2653 or email info@englert.org.

Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, please.

Ticket Delivery
There is a $2 fee to hold your ticket at the box office (will-call) or a $3 delivery fee to have your tickets sent via First Class Mail. Tickets will be mailed until 10 days prior to the event. After that time, tickets will be held at will-call only.

Dining & Accommodations

Arrival Time
For most events, the lobby doors open 1 hour prior to curtain, and you may take your seats 30 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers will be allowed to enter during an appropriate pause in the performance.

The Gallery
The art gallery on our second floor is open throughout most performances, featuring the work of artists from Arts Iowa City.

Concessions
Beverage service and snacks are available at most performances, including beer, wine, soda, water and cookies. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the theatre.

Children
Please use discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for children. All children require tickets, regardless of age.

Elevator
An elevator is located in the lobby, providing easy access to the balcony level and
art gallery.

Accessible Seating / Hearing Assistance
Wheelchair seating is available on both levels of the theatre. Hearing assistance is also available. Please contact us in advance if you have these or other special needs.
